General Ordering Questions
Customers may see an empty cart after adding items - if this occurs for you, try using an alternative browser such as Safari, Edge or Firefox. If you continue to have issues after trying alternative browsers, please contact us at team@withinus.ca.
Items are not held in the cart until the order is completed. To avoid items selling out, please complete your purchase as soon as possible.
Limited-edition and high-demand items may sell out quickly, but restocks on popular items may occur. Check back or contact customer service for updates.
Product availability during the Spring Fling sale is subject to stock. Items may sell out quickly, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
No, products that are already marked down are excluded from the tiered discounts. This includes, but is not limited to, TruMarine® Collagen + Vitamin C, withinUs Balm-Tastic, and withinUs samples.

Wellness Rewards
Yes, loyalty points will be earned on purchases during Spring Fling! However, loyalty point redemption cannot be redeemed during our biggest sale of the season.
During the Spring Fling event, discount codes, including those from Wellness points, are not valid. Codes will be reactivated on March 26, 2025.
Refund Policy
Yes, all discounted items purchased during the Spring Fling event are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund. Please refer to our return policy for details.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be modified. To add items, please place an additional order. We will do our best to combine shipments when multiple orders are placed to ship to the same address.
Discount Codes
During our biggest sale of the season discount codes are not valid. Codes will be reactivated on March 26, 2025.
Subscription Orders
The 100-serving jars of TruMarine® Collagen are available for subscription during our biggest sale of the season. All other products available for subscription will be available again starting on March 26, 2025.
