INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to fluctuating border control and regulations we have temporarily suspended International orders. 
If you wish to put your name on a contact list for when International orders are processing again please contact team@withinus.ca


TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been placed and processed by our team. It can take up to 3-5 business days to receive these details.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days please contact our team at team@withinus.ca


RETURNS


At withinUs, our goal is to provide premium quality products that exceed expectations.  
If you wish to return your purchase please get in touch with our team at team@withinus.ca within 30 days. withinUs™ can only consider refunds for items purchased from our website - withinus.ca. 
Note: sale items are final sale.

In your email please include the following information:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- What item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If it exceeds 30 days since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange. The item being returned must be unused and in sealed packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photos of any damaged product (if applicable), and the packaging (do not dispose of unless advised by our team).

Please note:
In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, or not be eligible, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions you may have.


RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

REFUNDS

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds:

Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet please enquire with your bank or credit card company. 

If you have done all this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at team@withinus.ca


Sale items (if applicable)

withinUs™ items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and items that are not produced/manufactured by withinUs™ are not eligible for refunds. 


EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at team@withinus.ca along with photos of the damaged item(s).


ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to team@withinus.ca as soon as possible so we can try to do that for you. Please note that if your order has been processed, we are unable to adjust the address and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
