Shipping Update
Potential Canada Post Service Disruption
We want to keep you informed about a possible Canada Post service disruption that could begin this May. If it occurs, it may impact delivery times and cause delays that are unfortunately beyond our control once a shipment is in transit.
What We're Doing
To help ensure your withinUs order arrives as smoothly as possible:
- May 12 will be our cutoff date for shipping with Canada Post. This proactive step helps us avoid any stranded packages and reduce disruption to your delivery.
- We will resume shipping with Canada Post once their regular service resumes.
- We are closely monitoring negotiations and will keep you updated with any changes.
What You Can Do
If you have a PO Box or live in a rural area, you will likely be affected by this disruption. If you have an alternate address—such as a work address or that of a family member or friend—you can update your shipping information anytime through your account, or enter your preferred shipping address at checkout to help avoid delays and ensure your order ships via UPS.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We're doing everything we can to minimize any impact on your experience
