Subscribe & Save

• Visit withinus.ca and click on ‘Account’ at the top right corner.
• Enter your email and password associated with your account.
• Once logged in, navigate to Manage Subscriptions to access your subscription dashboard.

• Click on your active subscription.
• Click on Manage This Subscription
• Adjust the delivery frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
• Click Save Changes to confirm.

Swap or Add a Product

• Select Edit Subscription next to the product you want to change.
• Click Swap to choose a different product or Add Product to include additional items.

• Click on the upcoming order you want to modify.
• Select Skip to bypass that delivery cycle.
• Or choose Reschedule to set a new date.

• Navigate to Address & Payment Details under your Recharge dashboard.
• Click Edit next to your saved payment method or shipping address.
• Enter the new details and Save Changes.

• Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
• Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription (you may be asked for feedback).
• If you wish to restart your subscription, simply click Reactivate at any time.
