How to Manage Your withinUs Subscription
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your subscription. We created this guide to help you manage your products. If anything in this guide is not clear or hard to understand, please let us know!

Where To Manage Your Subscription
Your subscription can be managed by signing in to https://withinus.ca/account/login. After you sign in, click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu. After clicking the link, you will see a list of your subscriptions in a table format.
How To:
To ensure a seamless checkout experience, please make sure your billing address matches the address on your credit card. Due to a recent website update, payments may not be processed if your shipping or billing address does not match your banking information.Follow these steps to update your billing address:
- For Standard Payments:
- Log in to your withinUs account.
- Navigate to "My Account" and select "Manage Your Subscriptions."
- Choose the subscription that requires a billing address update.Click "Edit" next to "Payment Method."
- Follow the secure link sent to your email to update your billing address.
- You're all set!
2. For Shop Pay Users:
- Click "View Payment Information" in the secure link sent to your email.
- Select "Use a Different Card."
- Add your updated credit card details and update your billing address to match your banking information—without deleting any existing cards.
- Click "Save Card."Click "Update."
- You're done!
Important: If you use Shop Pay for subscriptions, do not remove your original credit card. Deleting it may cause issues and prevent future updates.If you need assistance, we're happy to help! Contact us at team@withinus.com or call 604-428-3143
Speed up or slow down how often you get your product delivered
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the “edit” button for the subscription you would like to make changes to
- Select the frequency at which you would like
- If you are satisfied with the changes, click on the “Save” button
You are going to be away, or you have enough product to last until your next delivery
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Look at your “Upcoming Subscriptions” and click on the “Skip payment” button for the shipment you would like to skip
- If you would like to revert this change, click on the “Unskip payment” button
View which credit card you are using or update your credit card information
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the “edit” button in the “Payment Method” section
- A secure link will be sent to your email that will allow you to update your credit card information
Change your shipping or billing address
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the “edit” button in the “Shipping” section
- Once you have updated your shipping address accordingly, click on the “save” button to save these changes
Add or remove items from your subscription
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the “edit” button under the “Items” section
- Click on the “add item” button, and select the products you would like to add to your subscription
Adjust the quantity of products in any of your subscriptions
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the “edit” button under the “Items” section
- Underneath the product you have on subscription, you will see a number. You can increase or decrease the quantity by typing in the amount you would like
You will not receive any future invoices or get charged automatically - Unpause your subscription anytime
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the orange “Pause my subscription” button
- Click on the “Pause it” button to confirm that you would like to pause your subscription
- To unpause your subscription, click on the “Unpause my subscription” button
You no longer want a subscription and want to cancel all future orders
- Sign in to your account at https://withinus.ca/account/login
- Click the "Manage Subscriptions” link under the “Subscribe and Save” dropdown menu
- Click on the red “Cancel my subscription” button
- Select one of the answers about why you are cancelling. Your answer will help us improve our subscription service.
- Click on the “Cancel subscription” button to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription
Customer Portal Login
Where you can enter your email address to get an email with a magic link which will allow you to see subscriptions linked to your email address.
