To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven Partnerships Specialist to develop and maintain strategic, high-impact partnerships that will help expand our brand.
Objectives of the Role
As the Partnerships Specialist, you will be pivotal in expanding our brand footprint and customer base through collaborations with private clubs, gyms, spas, clinics, and boutique retailers. You will work closely with the marketing team to co-create and execute partnership activations, boosting brand awareness and engagement. In this role, you will:
- Forge and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure sustainable growth.
- Identify new business opportunities to broaden withinUs’ market reach.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-branded events, product activations, and joint content initiatives.
- Tailor partner-specific campaigns using marketing insights, ensuring alignment with our brand messaging.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing material delivery through all partnerships, enhancing brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including clubs, gyms, spas, clinics, and boutique specialty stores.
- Plan and execute partner activations—pop-ups, ambassador collaborations, and product placements—to enhance sales and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to connect with partners, assess their needs, and provide customized solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet shared sales objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to manage relationships, track sales activities, and ensure consistent follow-up to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to foster long-term, successful collaborations.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in relationship management, ideally working with clubs, gyms, spas, clinics, or boutique specialty stores.
- Demonstrated success in executing joint marketing activations and campaigns.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales (50% field, 50% office-based).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, independent thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD per annum
- Competitive Variable Compensation Plan
- Eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in our equity plan, aligning their success with the company’s growth
