withinUs™ is about to gear up to broaden their distribution across online and wholesale channels, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to significantly influence the company's direction and contribute to the team's expansion. In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the founder and oversee the comprehensive management of their omnichannel strategy. This includes strategic planning, budget oversight, and spearheading brand development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing: Leadership: Work closely with the founder and senior management to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans, including building and reporting on the marketing budget, resource planning, and communication to executive and board members.
  • Operations and Reporting: Operationalize the strategic plan by developing best-in-class processes, as well as creating and managing KPIs and goals for your team.
  • Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve goals and objectives while fostering a positive culture.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute compelling, integrated strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience, including SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • E-commerce Management: Maximize D2C sales through conversion rate optimization, applying website design and usability best practices to enhance the customer experience.
  • Paid Media: Optimize the performance of the advertising budget through a diverse mix of digital and traditional media.
  • Retail Channel Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive retail channel marketing strategies, including optimizing presence and performance on platforms such as Amazon, to drive sales and brand visibility across diverse consumer touchpoints.
  • Customer Insights: Deeply analyze customer data and monitor market trends to extract key insights that guide the product and marketing strategy.
  • Campaign and Program Management: Develop marketing programs and promotional campaigns that support business goals and drive both online and retail sales.
  • Product Marketing: Lead the go-to-market execution of new product launches, product improvements, new packaging, and in-store merchandising, working with internal crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Branding: Establish clear brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone and voice, messaging and positioning, and ensure that this is consistently applied across all channels and markets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with 8+ years in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including senior leadership roles, preferably in the CPG space and in fastgrowing, entrepreneurial companies.
  • High level of competency across all aspects of digital and multi-channel marketing, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, PR, affiliate marketing, in-store promotions, PR, trade shows and events, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong background in content marketing, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in managing branded e-commerce sites, practicing conversion rate optimization to drive sales, as well as working with online retailers such as Amazon.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset and strong skills in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience conducting market research and consumer insight studies, as well as working with syndicated data (IRI, Numerator, Nielsen).
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on in executing marketing initiatives while maintaining a strategic focus on long-term goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaborating skills working with cross-functional teams while analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
  • A continuous learning mindset, staying up to date on the latest technologies and tools.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a strong asset, with a deep understanding of consumer preferences and market trends.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonus. The actual base offered will be based on various factors, including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and education aligned with the role's needs, budget, and market.
