December is right around the corner, and the withinUs team have been testing our favourite holiday recipes with a special twist. Our Collagen Powered Peppermint Mocha is a team favourite, and we are excited to share the recipe with you.
COLLAGEN POWERED PEPPERMINT MOCHA + COCONUT
- 2 scoops withinUs Coconut Creamer + Collagen
- 2 teaspoons organic cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (to taste)
- Dash of Himalayan pink salt
- 2-5 drops Peppermint oil- depending on how much peppermint kick you want (we use Simply Organic)
- 6-8 oz coffee
- Foamed milk of choice (we like using oat milk)
- Whisk together withinUs Coconut Creamer + Collagen and cacao powder with a splash of hot water, peppermint oil, and maple syrup.
- Stir in coffee and top with delicious foamed milk (we LOVE our Breville Milk Frother).
- Add a dusting of cinnamon if desired.
