1 cup organic, unsweetened Silk soy milk (my fave nut milk)
1 scoop withinUs™ TruMarine® Collagen
1 tsp Vega Chlorella
1 cup frozen blueberries
Splash lemon juice
Ice as desired
Optional: Handful spinach, kale or chard
