TRUCHIA PUDDING

While breakfast may objectively be the most important meal of the day, sleeping in "a few minutes longer" tends to be a valiant contender for time.

Luckily, we have a straightforward chia seed pudding recipe that can be made the night before, so you can hit that snooze button sans guilt.

Chia seeds, despite their size, are packed with a powerful nutritional punch. They're not only a great source of fiber, but are high in iron, omega-3s, calcium, and magnesium. withinUs™ TruMarine® Collagen is 95% protein and will give the pudding an extra punch and ensure that you'll have enough energy to get you through your morning. Its superior bioavailability allows for higher absorption of collagen peptides into the bloodstream, which leads to collagen synthesis — for stronger joint tissue, healthier bones, and glowing skin.

Pro Tip: Prep three or four mason jars worth at once and store them in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.

Ingredients:

2 cup homemade or unsweetened organic almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds *always choose certified organic
1-2 on-the-go stick packs or 1 scoop of withinUs™ TruMarine® Collagen
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste
Honey or maple syrup to taste
Optional toppings: 1/4 cup fruit (like bananas, frozen berries, raspberries), or dried coconut, chopped nuts and granola

Directions:

1. In a mason jar or glass bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until it's well incorporated.

2. Remove any clumps of chia seeds with a fork, then transfer it to the fridge and let it sit over night.

Now in the morning, all you have to do is choose your toppings! It's nutritious, speedy, and can be taken with you on-the-go.

Enjoy!
