Collagen-Infused Strawberry Mango TRU-Smoothie Bowl


- 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen organic mango chunks
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative - we like Yoggu)
- 1/2 cup organic almond milk - we like Greenhouse (or your milk of choice)
- 1 scoop withinUs TruMarine Collagen
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Sliced banana
- Low-sugar granola
- Chia seeds or hemp seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Walnuts or Pecans (optional) 


Blend it up!

- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and WithinUs TruMarine Collagen.
- Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Assemble the Smoothie Bowl:
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

Add Toppings:
- Arrange the fresh strawberries, sliced banana on top of the smoothie base.
- Sprinkle with granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.

4. **Serve and Enjoy:**
- Enjoy immediately while it's cold and refreshing.
