Pumpkin Spice Protein Bliss Balls

These delicious snacks are a perfect on-the-go breakfast, snack or pre/post workout fuel. 


With the added withinUs™ Plant Protein powder, these bliss balls are a well rounded snack including protein, carbs and healthy fats.

Ingredients: 

   Wet:

  • 4 medjool dates 
  • 1-2 tbsp almond butter 
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree 

   Dry: 

   Optional (to roll in): 

  • Shredded coconut

Method: 

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and process to form a rough powder. 
  2. Add wet ingredients and process mixture until a dough forms. The mixture should stick together when pinched between your fingers. If the mixture is too dry, add a tbsp of water at a time.
  3. Form and roll into bite sized balls.
  4. Roll in desired toppings (such as shredded coconut).
  5. Enjoy!
