Why take an electrolyte?
We often get the question 'is drinking water just as effective?', the quick answer to this is no. Drinking water helps with fluid loss but it will not provide critical electrolytes which are often lost during exercise, warm weather, travel, or when ill. - 250ml cold water
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 2 lemon slices
- Mint Leaves

- Squeeze in one slice of lemon
- Add raspberries and ice cubes
