'FALL' INTO ROUTINE ~ withinUs Team

It’s official - fall is quickly approaching. 


Now that the summer holidays have passed, it’s a good time to find a routine that supports your health goals and is realistic for you.

  1. MEAL PREPPING

Keep it simple:

ProTip: Incorporate ingredients that can be added to several meal recipes throughout the week.

  • Bake some salmon fillets and refrigerate or freeze to add to future meals.
  • Cook a big batch of quinoa ahead of time and keep in the fridge - this makes a great side with a stir fry, or try adding it to a salad.

    Wow those are some great combinations to incorporate the collagen power into your drinks! But for fall time, I actually like to make a different healthy collagen smoothie.

    I steam kabocha squash and blend it with some almond+coconut milk and the withinUS collagen power. The high vitamin A content from the squash in addition to the collagen has really made my skin look brighter! haha or is it all in my head? :p
