It's been two weeks since I began taking withinUs TruMarine Collagen and this past week I’ve noticed I have been drinking less coffee and still maintaining enough energy to get through my day. I still drink green tea, but never used to get enough of a kick from green tea as I did coffee, but I haven’t been getting the craving for that energy boost as much. I have also noticed my skin hasn’t been breaking out as much as it used to and is looking very hydrated even with the seasons changing, which is unusual for me. I have been switching back and forth between adding it to my green tea and smoothies in the mornings, but this is the most delicious recipe I have made with TruMarine thus far.
1/2 teaspoon maca powder
3/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 tblspn toasted coconut or raw coconut meat
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 scoop organic vegan vanilla protein powder
2 scoops TruMarine collagen powder
